A link to the order form will be emailed to you shortly after checkout.

Aging & Processing (~ 3 weeks)
Your beef is dry-aged, then cut and packaged to your specifications by the butcher.

Pay Balance & Pick Up
Final balance is calculated by weight, and paid before pick up (in Princeton or Surrey).
