- Cut to your specifications: customize the size of the roasts, steaks, ground and stewing beef, and style of the ribs, brisket, chuck, rounds, and loin cuts. Additional products, such as sausages, pepperoni, and jerky, are also available to order.
- Butchered locally by a provincially inspected, class A abattoir.
- Aged 3 weeks, cut as ordered, then wrapped and frozen to safely seal in flavour.

Pricing & Payment
The approximate total cost for a half animal will be $2,600 - $3,000 CAD (exclusive of additional options).
Payment of the deposit will confirm your reservation and will be applied to the order total.
Payment of the remaining balance, calculated once the final order has been weighed, will be required prior to collection.
Please Note: We use the hot hanging weight of your selected portion size to determine the order total. This is the immediate weight, before aging and being broken down into cuts, and is not affected by shrinkage.

We do not offer delivery or shipping at this time.
All orders must be picked up from designated locations in either Princeton, BC or Surrey, BC.
Once your order is fulfilled, someone from our team will contact you to arrange payment of the remaining balance and to coordinate collection.
Freezer Space Requirement
Freezer Space Requirement
A half animal will yield 200 to 250 lbs of final wrapped product. This amount will require 8-10 cubic feet of freezer space, and will fill an entire medium-sized chest or upright freezer.
